Diethylaluminum Chloride (DEAC) is a pyrophoric liquid supplied undiluted or as a solution in a compatible hydrocarbon solvent.

PURPOSE:

Diethylaluminum Chloride (DEAC) is primarily used as a cocatalyst in the Ziegler-Natta polymerization of olefins and as an ethylation agent.

APPLICATION:

Diethylaluminum Chloride (DEAC) is a Ziegler-Natta catalyst used for the manufacture of high density and linear low density polyethylene, polypropylene, and synthetic rubber.
